REFUND POLICY

The following returns policy is drafted in accordance with Consumer Law which is overseen by the Consumer commission.

Our return policy is set for 15 days after delivery. You can exchange almost everything within 15 days of delivery.

Our products can be exchanged within 15 days after the delivery of the product. A new product can be exchanged for size, style or returned for a store credit or refund. Store credit can be used anytime and it will last forever.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within a week of the day we receive the item from you.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

The customer is also entitled for refund/return, in the following cases

Wrong product received by the customer
Products has some defects
Product damaged in shipping

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
